Salary Range: 150,000 300,000 monthly (plus performance-based incentives)Job OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated and goal-driven Medical Sales Executives to join our dynamic commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical products and services to healthcare providers within your designated territory. You will build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, deliver product presentations, and consistently work towards achieving sales targets.This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with 24 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales, who are passionate about improving healthcare delivery through innovative products.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Sales & Promotion: Market and sell medical products and solutions (devices, consumables, or services) to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and labs.Territory Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand customer base and grow sales within assigned territory.Product Demonstration: Deliver engaging, accurate presentations and product demonstrations tailored to clients needs.Market Research: Monitor competitor activities and understand client requirements to effectively position company offerings.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.After-Sales Support: Provide excellent post-sale service, resolve client issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education:

Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Biology, Nursing, Marketing, or a related discipline.A background in medical or scientific fields is a strong advantage.

  • Experience:

24 years of proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or related fields.

  • Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.Strong time management, organization, and self-motivation.Solid understanding of Nigerias healthcare market and client dynamics.

  • Other Requirements:
