Role Description

• This is a full-time role for a Medical Laboratory Scientist (Biomedical Scientist) based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The role involves performing diagnostic tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control, and participating in pathology investigations.
• Collaboration with healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely test results will be a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Skills
• Knowledge and experience in Laboratory Medicine and Pathology
• Strong understanding of Quality Control procedures and standards
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Science, or a related field
• Current and valid medical laboratory science license (where applicable)
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in laboratory diagnostics or a clinical setting is an asset
