• The marketing specialist will be responsible for developing the voice for all aspects of the organisation’s online presence. In addition to writing all product descriptions, specifications, allergies etc., proofreading and editing all content provided before posting by developers. This person will also be responsible for crafting site & banner promotions passed on to him/her by the project manager, executing digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services across all channels like social media, email and search engines. 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Exceptional communication and organisational skills 
• Basic knowledge of Marketing Skills
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms
• Experience with a content management system (Magento) is a plus for getting this role.
• Experience in web or graphic design is a plus.
• Basic Adobe Photoshop and MailChimp skills
• Proven ability to work within a cross-departmental team

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Technical Writing or a related field.
• Communication skills – verbal & written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
