Marketing Officer
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive bookings, and enhance the guest experience across both online and offline channels.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute promotional campaigns that align with the resort’s goals and target audience across various media platforms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to continuously refine marketing efforts.
- Oversee the resort’s online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and third-party travel platforms.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve the resort’s objectives.
- Organize and participate in offline marketing activities such as events, print advertising, and local promotions to boost brand visibility.
- Maintain strong relationships with tourism platforms, visitor centers, and local attractions to maximize exposure.
- Ensure timely preparation and distribution of marketing materials and collateral.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience and MUST be passionate about marketing and achieving measurable results.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or in a similar role, preferably within hospitality or tourism.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and tools for both online and offline channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and web analytics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Creative with a commercial mindset and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in event planning and executing promotional activities is an advantage.
