Job Summary

SkyPro Internet Limited is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our marketing team across target locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, supervising field marketers, and executing sales-focused marketing strategies to support our network expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise field marketers across assigned target locations
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive internet subscriptions and sales
• Identify high-potential areas for customer acquisition and deployment of marketers
• Set sales targets for marketers and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance
• Track leads, conversions, and customer feedback, and submit regular reports to management
• Ensure brand consistency and proper representation of SkyPro Internet in all marketing activities
• Work closely with technical and operations teams to align marketing efforts with service availability
• Recruit, train, and motivate marketers to improve sales performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Experience managing field sales or direct marketing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
• Results-oriented with the ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Knowledge of ISP, telecoms, or technology sales is an added advantage
• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
