• Are you an experienced Marine Technical Superintendent with a strong background in offshore support vessels? Join our team in Lagos and take charge of the technical management of a diverse fleet including AHTS, crew boats, and tugboats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day technical operations of the fleet, ensuring performance and safety.
• Lead PMS implementation, dry docking, class surveys, and technical refits.
• Ensure compliance with IMO, Class, Flag, and IMCA guidelines.
• Coordinate with onboard crew, vendors, and shipyards to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor budgets and maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

• Class 1/Class 2 Marine Engineer CoC or equivalent.
• 5–10 years’ experience in a similar role (AHTS/OSV sector).
• Hands-on experience in Nigeria or West Africa is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of class rules, PMS, SOLAS, MARPOL, and ISM Code.
• Familiar with IMCA standards and offshore marine best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with international crews and technical teams.
• Proficiency in marine management software and MS Office.
