Requirements

12–15 years’ senior management experience in Banking/Finance (Microfinance experience highly preferred).
MBA, ACA/ACCA, or other relevant professional qualifications an added advantage.
Proven track record of developing and implementing business strategies in the financial sector.
Strong knowledge of CBN Microfinance regulations, risk management, and compliance.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including regulators, investors, and customers.
Strong customer and banking network.
