Manager Business Development & Growth

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable).
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Strategy, or Growth Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven leadership, team-building, and mentorship capabilities.
Exceptional analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
