Management Trainee
Job Purpose
- The Management Trainee Program at Hoop Telecoms Limited is designed to develop fresh graduates and early-career professionals into future leaders of the organization.
- Over a 12-month structured rotation across key departments, trainees will gain hands-on experience, industry knowledge, and professional skills required to take up leadership roles within the telecoms sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the 1-year structured rotation across core departments of the company.
- Learn and apply telecoms industry knowledge, business processes, and technical know-how.
- Assist department heads and teams in executing daily operations, projects, and initiatives.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide insights on assigned tasks.
- Support cross-functional projects and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
- Attend training workshops, mentoring sessions, and performance reviews as part of the program.
- Demonstrate initiative by contributing ideas for process improvement and business growth.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and mentors.
- Undergo periodic performance evaluations to measure progress and readiness for larger responsibilities.
- Successfully complete all program assessments and present a capstone project at the end of the program.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (minimum of Second-Class Upper).
- 0 – 2 years of post-NYSC experience (prior internship or work experience is an advantage).
- Strong interest in building a career in the telecoms/ICT industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adaptability to work in different teams and departments.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.

- Duration: 12 months
