Job description: Job Description:Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Ibafo, Ogun State.Compensation: N150,000.00 – N200,000 Monthly + Other BenefitsAbout Company:Our client is an Agro-Processing Company that is involved in the production and processing of organic foods.Job Summary: The company is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and facilities. The individual will be responsible for keeping machinery and equipment running smoothly by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs to prevent downtime and ensure operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily routine check sheet is carried out as per schedule.

• Attend to shift breakdown as per complain logged by customer department.

• Execute assigned jobs like preventive maintenance and opportunity maintenance.

• Carry out overhauling procedures where necessary.

• Ensure mechanical repair of equipment and machines.

• Carry out thorough checking of responsible machine /equipment and reporting any abnormality detected.

• Ensure 3S cleaning of machine and work place where jobs are carried out.

• Maintain good manufacturing practice at work place.

• Replenishment of spares consumed during maintenance operation.

• Report preparation like PM report and Breakdown report on respective format.

• General Maintenance like lubrication and restoration machine basic condition.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related field

• Must be ITI certified from local Government Body.

• Must have relevant years of experience, minimum of 3-4 years

• Must have safety knowledge of working in factory environment

• Must be able to measure gauges and read tools

• Must know basic outline understanding of Mechanical drawings.

• Understanding Format

• Must have functional skills e.g., basic computer skills to work in Word, Excel; accounting skills etc.

• Vernier and measuring gauge reading skill

• Welding skill

• Basic Dismantling and assembly of equipment and parts fitting skill.

• Machine operating

• Hydraulic Jack and Fixture using.

• Must be an Obedient Follower

• Must be a team player. Team work is important

• Disciplined strictly follow safety procedure

• Must be a Hard worker

• Must be result oriented and accountable

BenefitsCompensation: N150,000.00 – N200,000 Monthly + Other Benefits

Expected salary: 200000 per month
