Rainbow Educational Services Limited (RESL), a top-flight education management company in Nigeria that operates K-12 schools. 

 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and report issues.
• Carryout repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems as instructed.
• Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and emergency repair requests.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
• Assist in coordinating access and logistics for external vendors or contractors performing maintenance services.
• Monitor stock levels of tools and supplies and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of common areas, equipment rooms, and utility spaces.
• Provide support for facility improvements and assist other departments with maintenance-related needs.
• Escalate complex maintenance issues to the supervisor for further action.
• Assist in setting up furniture, fixtures, or equipment as needed for school events or operational requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in facility or equipment maintenance.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures related to maintenance work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in the use of basic maintenance tools and equipment.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems is an advantage.
