Lubricant Regional Sales Manager

Role Description

  • The Lubricants Regional Sales Manager will lead all sales and marketing initiatives within the assigned region.
  • The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring business profitability through effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
  • The jobholder will identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and oversee the execution of initiatives that support both short- and long-term growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • A university degree (minimum of second class lower) in Engineering or relevant Science discipline
  • Relevant post graduate qualification would be an added advantage
  • Atleast 8 years of proven sales and business development experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role within the lubricants, oil & gas, FMCG, or related industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving market share growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and developing profitable long-term customer relationships.
  • Solid background in market research, competitor analysis, and developing go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in channel development and penetrating new markets.
