YOUR MISSION
- You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You’ll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.
THE JOURNEY
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant Partners, through consistent and proactive communication.
- Understand Partners’ business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
- Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability, both for your Partners and for Glovo.
- Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions, high-impact marketing activations, and menu optimization.
- Take ownership of partner revenue performance, driving measurable growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet Partners’ needs, including Marketing, Operations, Finance and Customer Service.
- Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App — from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo — with a focus on operations, marketing, and sales.
What You Will Bring To The Ride
- 2+ years of experience in high-performance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG, food-hospitality, or on-demand delivery industry.
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing iis a plus.
- You’re motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely execution, and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a definite advantage
- Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach based on details.
- You are a highly organized, proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills, eager to engage in both strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive results.
- Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite. Salesforce is a plus.
