Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: 65,000 Naira per month.
• Transportation Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
• Food Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
• Full Attendance Bonus (payable only for full attendance).
• Performance Bonus
• Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage fully paid by the company.
• Pension plan fully funded by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE, a statement of result is required with the application.
• Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
• Proximity to *JERICHO HILLS, ALESHINLOYE, IBADAN,* is essential.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays a month.
