Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead, HR Digitalization located in Nigeria.
  • The Lead, HR Digitalization will oversee the digital transformation of HR processes, implement HR management systems, and ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Day-to-day tasks include managing and digitizing HR policies, enhancing employee benefits programs, overseeing personnel management, and fostering an innovative HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the organization’s HR digitalization strategy.
  • Implement and optimize HRIS/HCM platforms to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Automate HR workflows and enhance process integration.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption.
  • Ensure compliance, data integrity, and system security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful HR technology solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 15–20 years of HR experience, including at least 7 years in HR digital transformation or systems leadership.
  • Proven expertise with HR technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Seamless HR, etc.).
  • Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas or industrial sector is an added advantage.
