Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead, HR Digitalization located in Nigeria.
- The Lead, HR Digitalization will oversee the digital transformation of HR processes, implement HR management systems, and ensure seamless HR operations.
- Day-to-day tasks include managing and digitizing HR policies, enhancing employee benefits programs, overseeing personnel management, and fostering an innovative HR environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organization’s HR digitalization strategy.
- Implement and optimize HRIS/HCM platforms to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Automate HR workflows and enhance process integration.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Ensure compliance, data integrity, and system security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful HR technology solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 15–20 years of HR experience, including at least 7 years in HR digital transformation or systems leadership.
- Proven expertise with HR technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Seamless HR, etc.).
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or industrial sector is an added advantage.
