A fast-growing fintech company is looking for Lead Generators / Sourcing Executives to support its growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads across various channels. This role involves research, data gathering, and organizing quality leads to support marketing and business development efforts.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify qualified leads using platforms like LinkedIn, online directories, and relevant digital communities.
Build and maintain organized databases of prospective users, clients, or partners.
Qualify leads based on provided criteria and ensure accurate data entry.
Use tools like Google Sheets, CRM systems, and scraping tools effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine lead targeting strategies.
Meet daily or weekly sourcing targets and report progress accordingly.
Maintain high data accuracy and cleanliness in all lead records.
Requirements:2 years of experience in lead generation, data sourcing, or online research roles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (especially Google Sheets).
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent online research skills and good communication.
Nice to Have:Experience sourcing creators, small business owners, or digital entrepreneurs.
Familiarity with fintech, startups, or the creator economy.
Basic knowledge of lead scraping or data automation tools.
