Human Resource Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to drive our people and culture strategy. The successful candidate will lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development to align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s long-term growth objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment processes/talent acquisition.
  • Drive performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Plan and Coordinate staff training, development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records, manage attendance, leave, and payroll documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Provide general HR and administrative support to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources, preferably within corporate or recycling environments.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HIRS.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and ability to drive change.
  • Experience managing blue collar staff is an added advantage.
