Job Summary:

We are launching a new supermarket in Ojota and require an experienced Store Manager to lead operations from the ground up. The ideal candidate will establish operational systems, manage staff, oversee inventory, and drive profitability while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the setup and daily management of supermarket operations.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise all store personnel.
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage supplier relationships, stock levels, and cash flow.
  • Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5–7 years’ retail or supermarket management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi-department operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:

The Account Officer / Bookkeeper will establish and maintain financial systems for the new supermarket, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and accountability from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and reconcile daily POS and cash transactions.
  • Manage supplier payments, petty cash, and expenses.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Track sales performance and expenditure.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1–3 years’ accounting experience.
  • ICAN certification is an advantage.
  • Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
