Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily hotel operations, ensuring departments like housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance run smoothly and efficiently.
- Staff Management: Oversee, train, mentor, and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high performance standards are met.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional guest service by handling concerns, complaints, and ensuring a welcoming experience to build guest loyalty.
- Financial Support: Assist the General Manager in monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, managing revenue streams, and implementing cost-control measures.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the General Manager, carry out their policies, and prepare reports.
- Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operation and cohesion across all hotel functions.
- Standards & Compliance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service throughout the hotel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address operational or service gaps, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Revenue and Growth: Contribute to improving the hotel’s public image, revenue, and growth through various activities and initiatives.
- Absence Coverage: Serve and act as the General Manager in their absence, assuming full responsibility for the hotel’s operations.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.
