Job Summary:

My Company is seeking a motivated Online Sales Advisor to handle customer inquiries, promote products, and drive sales through digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, sales experience, and a strong understanding of online customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website chat, and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
  • Convert online inquiries into successful sales and maintain strong follow-up communication.
  • Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Support online marketing campaigns and assist in executing promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in online or digital sales (experience in construction, heavy machinery, or equipment sales is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in using social media, CRM tools, and online sales platforms.

Method of Application

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and update daily financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Process payroll and ensure statutory deductions are remitted promptly.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
  • Support external audits and liaise with auditors when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2years relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Professional certification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
