Roles & Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits and allowances.
  • Support career management initiatives, including promotions, transfers, and role changes.

People Development:

  • Implement internship, training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Track employee performance and support managers in performance evaluation.
  • Develop career growth strategies and succession planning frameworks.

Employee Happiness:

  • Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee well-being and satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide support as needed.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A University degree or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in an HR or related role.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and people development.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.

Skill Sets and Values:

  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
