Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
  • Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
  • Support cross-functional coordination and dependency management.
  • Champion agile adoption across the organization and mentor junior Scrum Masters.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise delivery frameworks and governance.

Qualifications
Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) preferred.
  • Agile certifications such as SAFe Agilist or PMI-ACP are advantageous.

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or fintech environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience working with APIs, microservices, and digital channels is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

Method of Application

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple interrelated projects under a unified program strategy.
  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate across project managers, product owners, and technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and delivery standards.
  • Facilitate decision-making and remove roadblocks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and agile adoption across delivery teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party dependencies where applicable.

Qualifications
Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification preferred.

Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management in a technology or fintech environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-stream programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and digital channels is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
