Job Description

  • Core Responsibility: Under the guidance of the Chinese Specialist, supervise the operational compliance of franchisees, coordinate the dispatching of goods and logistics within the region, and ensure the stable and efficient operation of the supply chain.
  • Operational Supervision: Conduct regular on-site inspections of franchisees, supervise their sales behaviors, and eliminate non-compliant situations such as cross-region sales and selling competing products;
  • Check whether franchisees’ inventory management and brand image display (e.g., use of promotional materials) comply with the company’s standards.
  • Dispatching Coordination: Handle goods transfer applications between franchisees, complete reviews in accordance with the company’s processes, and coordinate implementation;
  • Monitor franchisees’ inventory levels in real time, promptly issue alerts and provide suggestions to franchisees with excessively high or low inventory.
  • Logistics and Safety: Track the status of goods transportation, ensure logistics timeliness, and coordinate to resolve abnormal issues during transportation;
  • Supervise the safety standards of franchisees’ warehouses and goods transportation links, proactively identify and report potential safety hazards, and record verified safety incidents.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and verify data such as daily inventory reports submitted by franchisees to ensure data authenticity and accuracy;
  • Regularly submit operational supervision reports and dispatching logs to the Chinese Specialist.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics orits equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in operation/ logistics/ dispatch.

About the Role

  • We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ibadan.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of online shipping products like perfume,gardget, footwears, clothes, proven sales experience, and excellent leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Must be based in Ibadan.

Compensation Package

  • Basic Salary: N140,000 monthly
  • Performance Bonus: N60,000
  • Daily Transport Allowance: N2,500
  • Call Card Allowance: N500 weekly.
