Role Overview

  • We’re looking for a smart, data-driven Growth Lifecycle Manager to own the full customer journey — from the first touchpoint to long-term retention. You’ll design and execute lifecycle strategies that acquire, activate, engage, and retain users while also stepping into other growth areas like paid acquisition, experiments, e.t.c

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the customer Lifecycle: Build, run, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) that drive key metrics like activation, conversion, and retention.
  • Segment Intelligently: Use data to understand user behaviour and create smart audience segments and triggers.
  • Experiment Relentlessly: Test messaging, timing, and channels — and scale what works.
  • Collaborate Across Growth: Work closely with performance marketing, product, and data teams to create seamless loops between acquisition and retention.
  • Go Beyond Lifecycle: Support broader growth initiatives, including paid ads, referral programs, partnerships, and landing page optimization.
  • Measure What Matters: Define KPIs, run A/B tests, and deliver clear reporting with actionable insights.
  • Champion the User: Align business goals with great user experiences so every campaign builds trust and delivers real value.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in growth marketing, CRM, lifecycle management, or a related data-driven role.
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle tools (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, or similar) and analytics platforms (Amplitude, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Comfort with data — SQL or dashboarding skills a plus.
  • Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results.
  • Understanding of paid media fundamentals (Meta, Google, etc).
  • Excellent copywriting instincts and ability to work with creative teams.
  • Builder mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and willing to get your hands dirty.
  • Execution-oriented: you care about shipping campaigns, not just talking about them.
