JOB SUMMARY:

  • Creating and developing talent maps to manage pipelines for various mid-level to executivepositions across Tax, Audit, Advisory and Central Services divisions in the firm
  • Ensuring the maintenance and regular update of a comprehensive recruitment database
  • Contributing to the overall implementation of the recruitment team’s objectives in talent acquisition
  • Liaising with hiring units and handling requests after confirmation of the job requirements andprofile development
  • Using sourcing strategies tailored to meet the specific requirements and needs analysis of differentbusiness units
  • Identifying target organizations for head hunting activities on LinkedIn, social media networks,external and internal referrals
  • Posting jobs on the firm’s portal through Application Tracking Systems to attract the right candidates
  • Participating in the firm’s involvement in candidate sourcing activities e.g. job fairs, road shows andtalent hunt
  • Managing the recruitment process from sourcing/headhunting, shortlisting, pre-screeninginterviews, identifying the most suitable candidates, presenting them to the hiring unit, setting upextensive interviews, candidate relationship/communication management, selection, offer andonboarding
  • Co-ordinating and overseeing candidate selection activities through the firm’s selection tools andmethodology; keeping abreast of best practices in selection process; and advising divisional headson placement and remuneration of potential hires
  • Staying up to date on updates and advances in recruitment and other HR areas to enhance theselection process
  • Co-ordinating candidate resumption and on-boarding process
  • Ensuring timely collation, analysis, and communication of recruitment reports

Method of Application

 As Head of Finance, you will lead a vibrant team of five professionals and serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, providing decision support, and ensuring sound financial management across the business.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the finance team to support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business scenarios and investment decisions.
  • Manage fundraising initiatives and investor relations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
  • Provide insight and decision support to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in finance, with a blend of consulting and industry exposure.
  • Strong expertise in corporate finance, forecasting, data analysis, financial modelling, and fundraising.
  • Knowledge of financial control and the regulatory environment 
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to inspire high-performing teams.
  • Willingness and availability to travel as needed.
  • A proactive mindset and readiness to be actively involved in day-to-day operations.
