Job Summary
- As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff.
- Your role is vital in ensuring the smooth running of the office by providing essential administrative support across the organization.
- You will handle a variety of tasks, ranging from greeting and welcoming guests to managing phone calls, correspondence, and administrative data analysis.
- Your role is key in facilitating a professional and efficient environment for both clients and staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately, ensuring all calls are handled efficiently.
- Respond to general inquiries and emails and redirect them to the relevant personnel as necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to staff and management as required.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including distributing correspondence and office mail.
- Perform administrative data analysis to support decision-making and reporting processes.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and always welcoming.
- Maintain the visitor logbook and keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing visitors.
- Receive, sort, and distribute packages, letters, and deliveries to appropriate departments.
- Ensure outgoing correspondence and parcels are sent out promptly.
- Assist with administrative data-based analysis, organizing and maintaining records and files.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document management.
- Provide support to various departments as required, assisting in organizing meetings or events and preparing necessary documents.
- Help with other office-related tasks as needed, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly.
- You will be required to arrive at least 30 minutes before regular office hours to ensure the office is prepared for the day and to close the office an hour after business hours to ensure a smooth transition at the end of workday.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of janitors to maintain a clean work and general environment
- Prepare and submit daily activity and status reports to the Admin Manager.

Job Summary
- The Collaboration Presales Engineer shall be responsible for all Presales activities involving solutions around Collaboration (Solution Architecting and Technology Sales) deliverables in the company.
- He is to coordinate his activities and ensure bids and solutions inquiries are attended to within the time committed to meet customer business outcomes at the best possible price.
- He ensures the submission to bid desk/Sales account managers/executives is of high quality and positions ITH for a win against her competition.
- The technology focus is Collaboration and any technology solutions the company takes up at any time.
- He constantly advises the business on evolving technologies based on market trends and customer requests. He is responsible for driving OEM/vendor/Distributor engagement to ensure ITH is at the appropriate partnership level supporting her Business with customers.
- He is responsible for his financial target.
Responsibilities
- Participate and oversee all the unit’s Presales activities (Solution Architecting and Technology Sales on Collaboration).
- Participate and ensure the proper and cost-effective solution is always proposed to the customer.
- Directs the team to support sales in achieving company technology financial targets.
- Manages the relationship and partnerships with OEMs, Vendors and Distributors.
- Plan and deliver technology workshops to customers to generate business opportunities.
- Constantly provide leadership and develop the team per market needs for technology delivery and global technology trends.
- Provides technical support to the Sales and Implementation in the review of new business.
- Ensures that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (Key Performance Indicators) in line with business objectives.
- Builds relationships with customers and global partners, especially with Team Lead, Collaboration, resulting in superior solutions and deeper loyalty and adoption of ITH’s solutions.
- Perform other duties that the organization may assign.
- Provides in-depth knowledge and expertise on presales and technical activities/ engagement.
- Provide the Team Lead, Collaboration with reports measuring business performance through data and metrics analysis and develop ways to improve processes.
- Oversee all research and development in line with the company’s strategic plan and technology activities for enhancing existing and developing new products/services and advising on technical roadmap.
- Assess the business risks of new technical, commercial and partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Technology related courses, Engineering, or other numerate disciplines
- A master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology or related fields from a recognized University will be an advantage. CCNP – Collaboration, CCNA.
- Minimum two years in an ICT Operating environment with hands- on experience in Network Administration, Network Collaboration, LAN/WAN optimisation, Project delivery, Technical solutions designing, and executive management
- Knowledge of programming language
