Job Objective
- To optimize Bitrix24 and Odoo systems, ensuring seamless integration and user support to enhance operational efficiency.
Accountabilities
- Application Management: Administer and maintain Bitrix24, Odoo, and mobile applications to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security.
- User Support: Provide technical support to users for CRM and ERP systems, addressing issues promptly and facilitating effective resolutions
- Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for users on Bitrix24, Odoo, and mobile app functionalities, along with maintaining comprehensive user documentation.
- Data Management: Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the CRM and ERP systems, including regular data audits and updates.
- Integration Oversight: Manage API integrations between Bitrix24, Odoo, and other third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Change Management: Implement updates and enhancements to the applications as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to users and maintaining comprehensive documentation of changes.

- Accountability for reducing unplanned downtime to less than 52 minutes per year.
- Quick resolution of network issues: Responsible for resolving 90% of critical network issues within 3 hours (MTTR), minimizing operational impact.

- Optimize network performance metrics such as latency, packet loss, and throughput. Ensure peak performance during 100% of critical business operations.

- 100% accountability for network security by implementing firewalls, IPS/IDS, and ensuring secure configurations, protecting organizational assets from breaches.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS) with zero security violations or data breaches.
- Manage network resources to achieve 10-15% annual cost savings while delivering high performance and reliability.
- Accountable for recommending and implementing network upgrades with a clear ROI, ensuring every investment improves network efficiency.
- Deliver network projects on time and within budget: Responsible for the successful completion of 100% of network infrastructure projects without delays, ensuring projects meet business needs.
- Oversee annual growth planning to ensure the network can handle a 30% increase in traffic and users.
- Accountable for the professional growth of team members, improving team performance by 20% annually.
- Lead training initiatives to ensure 100% team participation in new technology adoptions and process improvements.
- Maintain high internal and external customer satisfaction levels by ensuring 100% resolution of network-related customer issues within SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Act as a technical liaison for network-related escalations, ensuring the organization’s infrastructure supports its strategic objectives.
