  • Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering consistent growth? We’re hiring a Head of Sales to drive our nationwide sales strategy, grow market share, and lead the execution of commercial objectives across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across key trade channels 
  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales managers and field teams to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with key distributors, partners, and retail chains
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align business efforts and maximize profitability
  • Report on sales performance and provide insights for data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
  • 8–10 years experience in sales leadership roles within FMCG, beverages, or retail sectors
  • Proven success in building and managing nationwide sales structures and route-to-market strategies
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Proficiency in sales reporting tools, CRM platforms, and Excel

  • Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and market impact? We’re on the hunt for a Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and growth of our consumer brands across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and execution of brand strategies that strengthen positioning, awareness, and equity.
  • Manage day-to-day brand operations including product planning, packaging, pricing, and promotions
  • Oversee brand campaigns across digital, retail, and on-ground activations to ensure consistency and high performance 
  • ⁠Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform decisions and strategy.
  • ⁠Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, campaign, customer service) and external partners (agencies, influencers) to execute brand plans
  • ⁠Track key performance indicators and report on brand health and campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 5–7 years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG or lifestyle sector.
  • ⁠Solid understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and campaign strategy.
  • ⁠Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • ⁠Proficiency in digital marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and brand tracking systems
