Job Description
- We are seeking a Business Growth & Operations Lead to spearhead our business development and operational activities. This role combines deal-closing, partnership building, and operational execution to ensure Cirvee Academy’s continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert growth opportunities with individuals, schools, businesses, and government agencies.
- Build, manage, and nurture partnerships that drive revenue and brand visibility.
- Lead the execution of signed deals, ensuring smooth handover and delivery.
- Develop and monitor sales/partnership pipelines, preparing reports on growth performance.
- Represent Cirvee Academy at events, conferences, and industry meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or operations (preferably in EdTech, tech, or related industries).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and highly accountable.
