Sales and Marketing Executive

JOB SUMMARY

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing hotel sales and marketing strategies that generate leads, convert prospects, and increase hotel bookings. You must have a strong grasp of the hospitality industry, understand OTA management, and be comfortable with content creation for digital platforms. A background in Hotel Administration is a must have.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement innovative sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) that drive visibility and attract new clientele.
  • Strategically promote hotel services using digital platforms and traditional methods.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies.

OTA Management

  • Manage the hotel’s presence across Online Travel Agencies (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.).
  • Ensure up-to-date and optimized listings with accurate pricing, content, and availability.
  • Monitor performance analytics and implement actions to increase online bookings.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
  • Work closely with the hotel operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to checkout.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation and sales conversion techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies and sales plans.
  • Familiarity with OTA platforms and hotel booking channels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A background in Hotel Administration
  • Creative, proactive, and target-driven.
