Key Responsibilities: 

• Source, evaluate, and recommend suitable lands for development. Negotiate with landowners, families, and community leaders to secure deals.
• Conduct due diligence, title verification, and ensure proper documentation. Liaise with government agencies for approvals and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth acquisition. 

Requirements: 

• B.Sc. in Estate Management, Land Surveying, Urban Planning, or related field. 5+ years of proven experience in land acquisition or real estate.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of land laws and documentation processes in Nigeria.
