Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers for repayment of outstanding loans via phone calls, emails, and field visits.
- Negotiate repayment plans and ensure prompt collections.
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and recovery activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Escalate delinquent accounts to management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies during collection activities.
- Support in reducing non-performing loans (NPL) and improving portfolio quality.
Requirements & Skills
- HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Maximum of 2 years’ experience in loan recovery, credit control, or debt collection (preferably in financial institutions).
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Good knowledge of loan recovery procedures and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
- High ethical standards and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process loan applications.
- Conduct preliminary assessment of applicants’ creditworthiness.
- Verify customer information, documentation, and eligibility.
- Prepare loan files and forward to credit/approval committees.
- Liaise with customers to resolve documentation or compliance issues.
- Ensure timely loan disbursement and proper record-keeping.
- Generate reports on loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
Requirements & Skills
- HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Maximum of 2 years experience in loan processing, credit analysis, or banking operations.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of credit policies, lending procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and handle confidential information.
