Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand market share in assigned territories.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 – 4 years’ proven experience in medical sales/marketing or related role.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Supervisor to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s financial performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders when necessary.
  • Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff to enhance team performance.
  • Provide timely financial insights to management for informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) or active progress toward certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, ERP systems, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
