• Prioritizing work schedule for repairs and maintenance
• Directing and supervising workshop staff
• Maintaining a clean and safe workshop
• Managing and reporting workplace incidents
• Sourcing quotes for materials and supplies
• Reviewing completed works
• Ensuring proper storage of workshop tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / SSCE qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
• Supervision experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Preparing daily workshop reports
• Receiving calls and responding to inquiries
• Sales and expenditure recording
• Preparing requisitions in liaison with the Workshop Supervisors
• Follow-ups on the status of requisitions involving both purchases/repairs
• Maintenance of workshop personnel attendance records
• Any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND result with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.
• Candidate Must be able to work with little supervision
• Candidate Must be friendly and have good attitude to work
• Candidate Must be well composed.
