Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly driven, strategic, and customer-oriented Business Development Executive to join our travel team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market reach.
  • This role involves promoting our travel-related products/services to potential partners and clients, negotiating deals, and contributing to overall business growth.
  • Strong communication skills, a knack for relationship-building, and a passion for the travel industry are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel industry to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and corporate accounts.
  • Present and promote travel-related products and services to prospective clients based on business needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients and partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored travel solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed business development goals and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc Degree Certification.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a business development or client acquisition role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Background in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and basic knowledge of travel platforms.
