Enterprise Sales Executive

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of products or services.

Closing Sales:

  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales contracts, ensuring all details are accurate.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market needs and customer preferences.

Reporting:

  • Track and report sales activities and results.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on progress toward goals.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND, HND, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in sales.
  • Sales Experience Preferred: Telecom and Real Estate industry.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with results-driven approach.

Method of Application

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop network designs using tools like AutoCAD, Visio, and GIS.
  • Create BoQs, schematic diagrams, and project scopes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards.

Design Development:

  • Revise designs based on field feedback.
  • Conduct site assessments for LAN, WLAN, GPON, and CCTV.

Site Assessment:

  • Capture geo-coordinates and terrain layout.
  • Document site conditions and report findings.

Collaboration and Quality Assurance:

  • Share real-time field data with the design team.
  • Inspect installations for standards adherence.
  • Identify and verify correction of snags.
  • Prepare quality assurance and compliance reports.

Safety and Standards:

  • Maintain safety and functional standards.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in network design and implementation
  • Proficiency in fiber-optic and wireless network design
  • Experience with network design tools ( visio, Edraw or Autocad)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications
  • Experience with network simulation tools
  • Knowledge of local telecommunications regulations.
