Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily supermarketoperations
- Lead, motivate, and train team members
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and the store is clean and well-presented
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment
- Assist with cash handling, banking, and opening/closing procedures
- Ensure health & safety and food safety standards are met
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with previous experience in a retail or supermarket environment (supervisory role preferred).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings
- Basic IT skills (e.g., using POS systems, stock software).

Duties
- Cutting and prepping fruit and veggies
- Making the best tasting nutmilks, smoothies, smoothie bowls and more
- Setting up and cleaning smoothie station
- Unpacking orders
- Delivering super friendly customer service
- Assisting team leader with stock counts.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 2 years experience.
