Responsibilities
- Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
- Manage IT Infrastructures (Servers, Firewall, LAN Network, Internet, Intranet, VOIP, Surveillance etc.)
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine gaps and improvement of the IT infrastructure
- Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
- Advance Troubleshooting of hardware and software issues related to internal IT as may be found difficult by the IT Support Officer.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Maintain inventory and manages the procurement process in the acquisition of IT accessories, systems and assets
- Provide user-level technical support for end-users, computers, printers, etc.
Qualifications
- BSc/HND in IT Related Course (E.g Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering etc.)
- Professional Certification is an added advantage
Experience:
- Experience: 3-5years in Manufacturing Sector (FMCG) is a Must.
