IT Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
  • Manage IT Infrastructures (Servers, Firewall, LAN Network, Internet, Intranet, VOIP, Surveillance etc.)
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine gaps and improvement of the IT infrastructure
  • Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
  • Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
  • Advance Troubleshooting of hardware and software issues related to internal IT as may be found difficult by the IT Support Officer.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes
  • Maintain inventory and manages the procurement process in the acquisition of IT accessories, systems and assets
  • Provide user-level technical support for end-users, computers, printers, etc.

Qualifications

  • BSc/HND in IT Related Course (E.g Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering etc.)
  • Professional Certification is an added advantage

Experience:

  • Experience: 3-5years in Manufacturing Sector (FMCG) is a Must.
