About the Job
- We are looking for an experienced Technology Manager / Lead to oversee our Software Engineering, Business Analysis, and Product Management teams — both internally and across client engagements.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional technology teams — including software engineers, business analysts, and product managers — ensuring excellence in delivery and performance.
- Oversee end-to-end technical execution for internal and client projects, from planning and architecture to deployment and optimization.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable, efficient, and innovative technical solutions.
- Define and implement best practices for development, documentation, testing, and deployment.
- Drive alignment between technology, product, and business strategies to ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
- Assess project risks, manage dependencies, and provide technical leadership in resolving complex challenges.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of technical talent.
- Identify and recommend modern tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance team productivity and innovation.
- Ensure projects meet the highest standards of security, compliance, and performance.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–7 years’ experience in software development, product delivery, or technology management — preferably in a consulting, fintech, or digital transformation environment.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating engineering, business analysis, and product management functions.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile delivery, and modern technical project management frameworks.
- Hands-on technical expertise in areas such as backend/frontend development, cloud systems, or DevOps.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
- We are looking for a skilled and motivated C# Developer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience building, maintaining, and optimizing applications using the .NETCore framework.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NETCore, and related technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop APIs (REST/GraphQL) and integrate with internal and third-party services.
- Maintain and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement unit tests, integration tests, and ensure high code quality through peer reviews.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to current processes and systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in C# and .NET Core.
- Solid understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and web application development.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, Postgres / relational databases; knowledge of Entity Framework (EF/EF Core).
- Understanding of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Blazor) is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- 2 – 4 years experience in C#/.NET development.
- Experience with animation libraries and micro-interactions (e.g., Framer Motion, Lottie).
- Familiarity with user research methods and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of design tokens and component-driven UI development (e.g., Storybook).
- Experience working in fintech/e-commerce/enterprise SaaS would be an advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
