Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced HR/Admin Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative and human resources functions.
- The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the office, fostering a professional and welcoming environment while ensuring all HR and administrative processes align with the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate staff welfare, performance evaluations, and training initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle internal communication, correspondence, and documentation.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards in the office.
- Support executive leadership with administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years proven experience in a similar HR/Admin management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Preferred Qualities:
- Mature, professional demeanor and ability to manage a fast-paced office environment.
- Resourceful and solution-driven with a proactive attitude.
