What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accurate records of Snapnet’s OEM partnerships, including requirements, certifications, and benefits
  • Track partner program deadlines such as renewals, reporting, audits, and training obligations
  • Coordinate certification programs for Snapnet employees in line with OEM requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters with OEM partner representatives
  • Keep leadership informed through regular updates, reports, and dashboards on partner status
  • Ensure timely submission of partner incentives, rebates, and funding applications
  • Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to maximize partner-driven benefits
  • Organize quarterly partnership review meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, IT, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in partner management, program coordination, or business operations (ICT or technology sector preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with OEM partner programs (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Huawei) is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams); CRM experience is a plus
  • Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a proactive mindset.

Position Overview

  • As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the development and performance of one or more products within the company’s portfolio.
  • Your role involves defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market successfully and ensure their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and market needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.

Product Roadmap:

  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines the product’s features, enhancements, and timelines.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, business objectives, and available resources.

Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and document detailed product requirements.

Product Development:

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
  • Provide clear and concise product requirements and user stories to guide development efforts.

Product Launch:

  • Plan and execute product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement activities.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure a smooth product release.

Performance Tracking:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the product’s success.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends.

Iterative Improvement:

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role within the ICT sector.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management from conception to launch.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in software development and web technologies.
  • Understanding of cloud computing, networking, and telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Market and Industry Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of the ICT industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into product requirements.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
