Job Summary
- The Admin Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- The role includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, assisting with documentation, and supporting various departments to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, messages).
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Support HR with onboarding, documentation, and basic employee coordination.
- Assist in organizing company events, trainings, and engagements.
- Respond to staff and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, functional, and well-maintained.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
- Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 4–6 years proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
