Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in power and electricity to design, develop, and maintain electrical systems that meet industry standards.
  • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficiency, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements in power generation, transmission, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Power System Design & Development: Develop and refine electrical systems for power generation, transmission, and distribution.
  • Grid Optimization & Maintenance: Ensure the stability and efficiency of electrical grids, minimizing downtime and improving performance.
  • Testing & Quality Control: Establish and execute testing protocols to validate system reliability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshooting & Fault Analysis: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in power systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Equipment & System Management: Maintain and optimize electrical infrastructure, including transformers, switchgear, and substations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs and implementations align with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Renewable Energy Integration: Work on projects involving solar, wind, and other renewable energy sources to enhance sustainability.

  • As our Market Surveyor you are expected to play a critical role in understanding consumer behavior, competitor activities, pricing trends, and regulatory dynamics
  • Your insights help the brand optimize distribution, tailor marketing strategies, and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct field surveys to assess LPG demand across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, product offerings, and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, seasonal fluctuations, and emerging customer preferences.

Data Collection & Reporting:

  • Gather data on LPG consumption patterns, customer satisfaction, and brand perception.
  • Compile and present findings in structured reports for management review.
  • Use tools like questionnaires, interviews, and digital platforms to collect data.

Pricing & Competitor Intelligence:

  • Track retail and wholesale LPG prices across different regions.
  • Identify pricing gaps and recommend adjustments to remain competitive.
  • Evaluate competitor distribution networks and customer engagement tactics.

Regulatory & Compliance Monitoring:

  • Stay updated on government policies, safety regulations, and licensing requirements affecting LPG sales.
  • Report any changes that could impact operations or pricing.

Customer & Distributor Engagement:
