Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in sales (real estate/property development preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets & revenue growth
• Strong communication, negotiation & relationship management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends & sales data
• Proficient in CRM software & MS Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field
