Responsibilities
- Collaborate in managing relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster effective communication and synergy.
- Ensure the quality of content and notifications aligns with product management objectives, both for new and existing products.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements that can enhance productivity and elevate the quality of products.
- Promptly address escalated issues involving the products and services, and following up for timely resolutions.
- Provide comprehensive product management and support for products, ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations.
- Monitoring and managing multiple marketing campaign promotions and lottery draws, which are run for various software products, and within their calendars.
- Organizing product promotion draws and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in the Sciences, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in a Project Management role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or experience is a key advantage but not mandatory.
Skills/Requirements:
- Advanced skills in the usage of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (emphasis on Excel).
- Should have some background of working in any Software/Applications deployment projects.
- Project Management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Very good knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Ability to manage effective project teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Summary
- Responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue especially in the eCommerce business area.
- Play a senior role in the Sales and Marketing team, monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and identify opportunities for product promotion and market expansion.
- Researches and develops marketing opportunities and plans, and implements new sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Sales and Marketing plans to meet company targets and objectives.
- Monitor market trends, identify potential opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans for an eCommerce business.
- Manage and motivate the Sales and Marketing Team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gain insight and stay ahead in the market.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide input on customer needs and market trends.
- Report on the activities of the sales and marketing team, develop performance metrics, and track performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.

Skills / Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5 – 8 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Proven skill / experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in the eCommerce business area will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing principles and strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
