Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in managing relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster effective communication and synergy.
  • Ensure the quality of content and notifications aligns with product management objectives, both for new and existing products.
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements that can enhance productivity and elevate the quality of products.
  • Promptly address escalated issues involving the products and services, and following up for timely resolutions.
  • Provide comprehensive product management and support for products, ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations.
  • Monitoring and managing multiple marketing campaign promotions and lottery draws, which are run for various software products, and within their calendars.
  • Organizing product promotion draws and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the Sciences, Social Sciences, or related fields.
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in a Project Management role.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or experience is a key advantage but not mandatory.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in the usage of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (emphasis on Excel).
  • Should have some background of working in any Software/Applications deployment projects.
  • Project Management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Very good knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Ability to manage effective project teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness.

Job Summary

  • Responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue especially in the eCommerce business area.
  • Play a senior role in the Sales and Marketing team, monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and identify opportunities for product promotion and market expansion.
  • Researches and develops marketing opportunities and plans, and implements new sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Sales and Marketing plans to meet company targets and objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, identify potential opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans for an eCommerce business.
  • Manage and motivate the Sales and Marketing Team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gain insight and stay ahead in the market.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide input on customer needs and market trends.
  • Report on the activities of the sales and marketing team, develop performance metrics, and track performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Gather, analyze, and summarize market data and trends and make recommendations to Management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop marketing and sales budgets and manage team expenditures.

Skills / Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5 – 8 years experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Proven skill / experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in the eCommerce business area will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
