Role Overview

  • We are seeking a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in technology sales, B2B partnerships, and client acquisition.
  • The successful candidate will drive business growth by developing strategies, identifying opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients who need voice management and CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for PPS’s voice management and CRM solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and tailor PPS solutions to match business requirements.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, sales plans, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and pitches to decision-makers across industries.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry shifts.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Represent PPS at industry events, networking functions, and exhibitions.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 2 – 5 years experience.
  • Knowledge of voice management systems (VoIP, IVR, call flow, contact center solutions) and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and enterprise client engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
