Job Summary

  • Management and co-ordination of Planners Team. The Senior Planner is responsible for developing short and medium-term improvement methods, Support offshore operations.
  • He participate in the definition of long-term maintenance planning (includes time schedule and resources definition). 
  • Process quality work orders and produce work packs, follow the Work Management standard (OIMS), that significantly attribute to safe and reliable operations

Job Details

  • Validates short- and medium-term methods prepared by CONTRACTOR onshore team.     
  • Coordinates planning activities.
  • Follow-up and update maintenance procedures liaising with COMPANY representatives. 
  • Analyses intervention reports. 
  • Ensures quality of the maintenance operations: planning consistency, maintenance orders, work packs, reporting, SAP data, through KPIs implemented. ·Where required, provide offshore assistance to the FPSO maintenance teams. 
  • Ensure repairs are properly managed. 
  • Participate in material stock review (quality and quantity). 
  • Plan work order tasks by clearly identifying the work needed and associated equipment and materials to complete the job safely and efficiently.
  • Perform onshore planning duties in addition to supporting offshore planners 

Purpose

  • He liaises with COMPANY programmatic team for planning of short- and medium-term activities.
  • He checks and ensures that vital equipment on production sites is available as and when required. 
  • He coordinates the planners’ activities. 
  • He defines the priorities of the team. 
  • He reports to the Planning & Scheduling Leader. 
  • He is responsible for the generation of high-quality job plans and work packs to allow efficient scheduling and execution of work. 
  • He is responsible for identifying the types of permits needed. 
  • He is responsible for following OIMS system 6.1 Work Management processes and standards within planning activities and taking appropriate actions to close out deviations from target. 
  • He is responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and basic defect elimination from the day-to-day execution of work. 
  • ·e is responsible for ensuring personal competency development tasks are completed. 
  • He is responsible for maintaining healthy relationships and effective collaboration with other Planners and other teams to improve performance. 
  • He is responsible for daily backlog management, to clean up and prioritize work. 
  • He is responsible for modifying job plans based on feedback received. 
  • He is responsible for requesting modification or creation of master data such as new materials, new locations, description changes, etc. 
  • He is responsible for conducting job / site walk through for major interventions such as shutdowns… 
  • He is responsible for maintaining job plan libraries and ensuring Job Plans are complete, accurate and easily accessible to all. 
  • He is responsible for setting realistic Target Dates for execution of planned work. 
  • He is responsible for setting realistic Required by Dates for procurement of materials and services. 
  • He is responsible for identifying the people, tools, materials, services, and procedures needed for a quality work pack 
  • He is responsible for adhering to OIMS Work Management system. 

Requirements

  • Equivalent of B.Sc. Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering (2.1),
  • 10 years of general industrial maintenance, with 5 years assignment in the oil/gas industry.
  • Competence/experience in the relevant specialties (static and rotating equipment, electricity, instrument),
  • Experience in CMMS (SAP/Maximo) and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Summary

  • The Planner is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing project schedules and resource plans for oil & gas operations, including exploration, drilling, production, and construction.
  • This role ensures that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget, while meeting all regulatory and contractual requirements.

Job Details

  • Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM’s) are linked to equipment preventive maintenance tasks. 
  • Assist in populating and tracking project maintenance activities in Operations Readiness Plan Participate in 3D model, layout, HAZID, HAZOP and LOPA reviews, providing pragmatic input through the lens of planning, Maintainability consequence to inspection and maintenance personnel. 
  • Provide input in the selection, procurement, delivery, and preservation of spare parts. 
  • Validate maintenance job plans and procedures. Ensures correct labour codes and hours are in CMMS covering all required trades.
  • Identify initial equipment and materials to purchase/stock to support maintenance as well as ensure Maintenance Strategy is fully functional and equipment/ spares are properly documented. 
  •  Manages the resource scheduling and smoothing within the maintenance & integrity of offshore operations. 
  • Participate in the definition of long-term maintenance planning (includes time schedule and resources definition).

  • Prepares short- and medium-term plans liaising with the COMPANY programmatic team. 
  • Proposes updates on maintenance procedure in relation with COMPANY representatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in field of Maintenance on offshore oil and gas installations, with experience in electrical / instrument / mechanical discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer with BSc (A-Levels + 5 years study) or Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND / HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
  • Equivalent of B.Sc. in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering (2.1),
  • 5 years of general industrial maintenance, with 5 years assignment in the oil/gas industry.
  • Competence/experience in the craft (static and rotating equipment, electricity, instrument),
  • Experience in CMMS (SAP/Maximo) and Microsoft Office Suite
