Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Intern to support our remote operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Human Resources, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings and assist with candidate shortlisting.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and documentation.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Participate in HR projects and virtual meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of HR or administrative experience (internship experience is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across assigned areas.
  • The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, punctual, and able to carry out cleaning tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all areas including offices, restrooms, and public spaces.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners.
  • Ensure all cleaning materials and tools are properly maintained.
  • Report any damages or maintenance needs.
  • Follow company hygiene and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a cleaning role.
