Digital Ads Specialist

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Digital Ads Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital channels.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media strategy, campaign performance analysis, A/B testing, and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid digital advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and others.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and platform-specific dashboards.
  • Report on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and recommend adjustments for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing team members to align ad creatives with brand messaging.
  • Monitor ad spend and budgets to ensure campaigns remain cost-effective.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing digital ad campaigns (2+ years preferred).
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital ad platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, tag management, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, CRO, and digital funnel strategy is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with retargeting strategies and dynamic ad setups.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C advertising.
  • Competence with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or other marketing tech stacks.

Job Summary

  • The Graphics Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the company’s brand message across digital and print media.
  • This includes developing marketing assets, social media creatives, product visuals, brand materials, and other graphic elements to support campaigns and overall brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality graphics for digital and print platforms (social media, website banners, flyers, brochures, product packaging, etc.).
  • Develop visual concepts and creative ideas in line with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into impactful visuals.
  • Create and edit marketing collaterals such as product catalogs, digital ads, event backdrops, and presentation decks.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all materials.
  • Prepare final designs for production and supervise printing or publishing where necessary.
  • Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and marketing best practices.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and other creatives as needed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Timeliness and quality of deliverables.
  • Brand consistency across all visuals.
  • Engagement performance of designed creatives (e.g., ad CTR, social media reach).
  • Positive feedback from internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills and design versatility.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of video content creation for digital and social media platforms is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or CapCut.
  • Experience in UI/UX design.
  • Photography or illustration skills.
  • Experience working with marketing automation and digital campaigns.
