Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to handover.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and HSE.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and implement contingency plans when required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on project progress, issues, and performance to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and industry standards.
- Promote a strong safety culture and enforce HSE compliance at all project sites.
Profile Wanted
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 8–10 years of project management experience in the Oil & Gas or industrial construction sector.
- Proven experience managing large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of local and international HSE regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- PMP or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across project locations in Nigeria.
